All ORRA members who did not submit payment for 2011 REALTOR® membership have now been terminated in accordance with bylaws of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Terminated agents

If you are an agent in the office and you remain licensed with a member broker, you have been reverted to a non-member salesperson status. In accordance with NAR policy, your broker will be assessed the $421.00 non-member fee.

Terminated members are no longer entitled to use the trademarked term "REALTOR®” or the block "R” logo, both of which must be removed from business cards, stationery signage, websites, and any materials. Terminated members are also no longer entitled to any membership benefits, services, or special products pricing available only to REALTOR® members. The SUPRA keys belonging to terminated members can no longer be updated and must be returned to ORRA, otherwise you will receive your annual lease fee bill in March.

Terminated designated REALTORS® (brokers)

If you are a principal MLS participating broker, your personal MLS access, as well as the access for your entire office, has been terminated. Your listings have been administratively withdrawn in accordance with MFRMLS Rules and Regulations, and you should have notified seller(s) that their listings have been removed from the service. Access to the MLS has been terminated. However, terminated Designated REALTORS® are eligible for MLS participation as a non-member broker. You will need to contact MFRMLS directly to reapply for MLS services as a "Thompson broker.” (A Thompson broker is a non-REALTOR® broker.) For more information, please contact MFRMLS at 407.218.8668 or constance.kazakowitz@mfrmls.com.

Terminated members who wish to reapply for REALTOR® membership are required to pay the $210 application fee and all other applicable dues/fees. Orientation will be waived through March 31, 2011, however if you have not completed the 3rd cycle Code of Ethics you will be required to attend the Code of Ethics portion of orientation.

Please direct any questions to the ORRA Membership Department at 407.513.7282.
