Anonymous advisories notify brokers of minor agent transgressions

ORRA’s REALTOR® Misconduct Advisory program is an informal means of transmitting — anonymously, from one broker to another — concerns about minor, non-chargeable incidents or lapses in professionalism involving agents.
The program is intended to improve professional behavior and business practices among REALTORS®; formal complaints regarding potential violations of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics are made through the ORRA Professional Standards Department. Learn how
A REALTOR® Misconduct Advisory is initiated by a form submitted by a broker (agents who wish to transmit a concern must have their broker submit the form). The form requires the submitting broker's name and office information, all of which is removed before an advisory is sent to the recipient broker.
All forms are screened by the ORRA Professional Standards Department before an advisory is sent to a recipient broker. No reply or action is required of the recipient broker.
