Matrix 7.0 offers dreamy new functions to make your customers' home search a happy experience
My Florida Homes Multiple Listing Service has launched Matrix 7.0, which includes new features such as a redesigned client portal and agent webpage, client portal notifications, new headers and footers options, and updated IDX searches.
The signature feature of the updated version is a redesigned client portal geared at enhancing and simplifying your customer’s user experience. The new client portal allows for improved mobile-responsive displays that give you and your customers the freedom to easily view and navigate the site from all devices — desktop, tablets, and phones.
The client portal activity notifications keep you plugged in to your client’s activity on the client portal. You can be notified of client activity via an immediate e-mail, immediate text, or a daily summary e-mail. Being in the know allows you to get direct insight into your client’s property search wishes.

Can my client leave notes for me on specific properties?
There is a “Notes for you and your agent” comment box on any listing’s “Full Property Details” page. Click “Add Note” to leave a comment. Comments will show up in your messages menu.
Where is the mobile portal?
This feature is no longer available. Since the portal is now responsive, meaning you can easily view it on any mobile device, users will experience the same client portal no matter which device they access it from.
Can I upload my own custom header and footer?
You can choose from 25 predesigned headers or upload your own custom header.
Footers will not contain images but the Print Footer section will allow you to enable a footer to appear on printed reports and displays.

How do I preview what the client portal looks like to my customer?
In Matrix, click on My Matrix in the top menu, click on Contacts, click on a customer’s name, then click on the Open Portal tab. From there, click on the Open Portal tab.
How do I save a listing as a favorite, possibility, or discard?
You can select any one of these options by clicking on the heart icon on the listing. When the heart icon is clicked a sub-menu appears with the options Favorite, Possibility, and Discard.
How do I update my agent portal profile on the client portal?
In Matrix, click on My Matrix in the top menu, click on Settings, then select Portal Profile under the My Information tab. You can edit each section and rearrange the order by dragging the icons on the left and clicking the check-marks on the right to display each section
How do I add a photo to my email signature?
In Matrix, click on My Matrix in the top menu, click on Settings, then on Email Signature. Next, click the Image icon on the tool bar. An Image Properties pop up will appear. Next to the URL field, click Select Image. Your image can be selected from your portal greeting or your CMA cover sheet.
How do I set up agent notifications?
In Matrix, click on My Matrix in the top menu, click on Settings, then Portal Notification Settings. There are 10 notification settings available for selection. You can be notified of client activity via an immediate e-mail, immediate text, or a daily summary e-mail.
How do I update my header/footer?
In Matrix, click on My Matrix in the top menu, click on Settings, then click on Header & Footer. You can choose Headers from 25 new graphics or upload your own custom Header.
