First, go to Orlando REALTORS® Connect. The platform can be accessed via the "Connect" link and dropdown menu item on each page of the ORRA website, or via a direct link: http://connect.orlandorealtors.og).
Log in using your NRDS number and the same ORRA password that you use to log in to the ORRA member portal.
If it's your first time using Orlando REALTORS® Connect, you will be asked to agree to the platform's code of conduct before proceeding to the reports; don't forget to take the opportunity to update your personal profile!
The Zip Code Plus reports are located under "Communities" (All) in the "Housing Statistics" community. Once you're in the "Housing Statistics" community click on the "Library" tab, then on the folder icon for an outline-style display.
You'll also find ORRA Market Pulse, Monday Morning Quarterback files, and supporting data files in the "Housing Statistics" community library.
Please note that the "Housing Statistics" community is open to all ORRA members; other communities are closed and their library resources and discussions are visible only to community members.
Zip Code Plus reports will continue to be available through Dropbox for the next few months as well as through Orlando REALTORS® Connect.
You do not need to have an existing Dropbox account - or to establish an account - in order to access the reports. If a pop-up window appears requesting that you login or establish an account, simply click "No thanks, continue to download."
The reports are automatically updated approximately the 20th day of each month.
ORRA members are welcome to download as many Zip Code Plus reports as desired. As with all of ORRA’s statistical resources, Zip Code Plus reports may be provided as handouts to clients, linked from or uploaded on your website, and shared on your social media.
Each Zip Code Plus report includes data and comparisons on median price, sales, inventory, days on market, new listings, new contracts, and more.
REALTORS® should remember that due to much smaller data sample sizes, Zip Code Plus report comparison charts are likely to show greater variation in percentage of change than that typically seen in Market Pulse.
