Brokers can snag 75 percent off their own ABR class
Thursday, May 19, 2016
Agents can innocently place a brokerage in jeopardy, but most agent-driven liability can be easily alleviated with proper awareness and training. To help recognize those risks — and provide the necessary preventative instruction — ORRA is offering a special version of the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation class just for brokers, owners, and managers with a broker license.
The ABR for Brokers class is being offered at a tremendous discount as part of ORRA President John Lazenby’s special initiative for broker education. The two-day class, normally priced at $299, is only $75.
ABR for Brokers will be held in the ORRA Conference Center on June 23 and 24, from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm. Those who complete the program will earn eleven continuing education credits in addition to the ABR designation.
All REALTORS® — brokers and agents alike — who earn the ABR designation gain:
Valuable real estate education that elevates your skills and knowledge in the eyes of home buyers.
Ongoing specialized information, programs and updates that help you stay on top of the issues and trends in successfully representing home buyers.
Access to REBAC (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council) members-only marketing tools and resources, which provide an additional competitive edge.
