ORRA introduces sales performance recognition program

The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association has established a new program to honor those REALTORS® who have demonstrated excellence in sales production. The first ORRA Top Producer Club will recognize sales performance for the year beginning January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2014.
All 2014 ORRA Top Producer Club members will be announced at the ORRA Annual Awards luncheon to be held February 25, 2015. In addition, the top three individuals and teams in each of the three categories will receive special recognition.
ORRA Top Producer Club members will even be recognized in a special directory on ORRA’s website, as well in an ad placed in one issue of Orlando REALTOR®!
There are three award levels, for both individuals and teams:
- Bronze Level Award ($3 million or 24 units)
A minimum of $3,000,000 or 24 units in verified sales from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
- Silver Level Award ($6 million or 36 units)
A minimum of $6,000,000 or 36 units in verified sales from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
- Gold Level Award ($10 million or 52 units)
A minimum of $10,000,000 or 52 units in verified sales from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
Note: An individual is a member who conducts business without the assistance/support/partnership of any licensed agent or licensed assistant.
Top Producer Club Rules and Regulations
Eligibility: Any REALTOR® in good standing of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association during the time all transactions were performed.
Submission Deadline: February 2, 2015.
Transaction Deadline: Sales transactions must have closed between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014.
Fraudulent Material Notice: If any form or documentation submitted for the awards is found to be altered/fraudulent, applicant will be disqualified from receiving the award.
Verification Requirements: Applications must include a copy of the Agent Awards Detail Report and written verification from your broker (if applicable).
