Orlando REALTOR® Lou Nimkoff, a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association Board of Directors and chairman of the Orlando Regional Commercial Council, has received a National Commercial Award from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Each year NAR honors those REALTORS® who are accomplished in commercial real estate by celebrating their local achievements. Award nominees must have received an award from a local REALTOR® association, state REALTOR® association, community organization, or brokerage to be eligible for a National Commercial Award. Nimkoff is the 2013 Florida REALTORS® Commercial REALTOR® Achievement Award recipient.
"Every day, thousands of commercial REALTORS® in Florida strive to make our state a better place to live, work, and shop,” says Nimkoff, Brio Real Estate. “To be recognized amongst them is truly an honor. We are all excited about the recovery in the residential real estate market and has been true in the past, commercial real estate is following and coming back very strongly."
Commercial real estate is a primary pillar of growth in the American economy. REALTORS® who practice commercial real estate facilitate investment and promote the sale and lease of real property, which supports millions of jobs nationwide.
The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, recognized as one of the most innovative local real estate associations in the country, represents more than 10,300 real estate professionals throughout Central Florida.
