Risk Management - Inspections

Don't take inspections, reports, and contingencies lightly.

REALTORS® should give buyers the names two to three inspectors and let them choose their inspector themselves.

After the inspection, put repair requests in a written contract addendum and send it to the listing agents for signatures. Texts and e-mails are not part of a contract!
