ORRA offers live, online options for license renewal education

For those whose real estate license expires on September 30, 2013 (about 25 percent of all licensees), ORRA offers a variety of options for live and online classes that fulfill the educational requirements for license renewal.

New Licensees
The Florida Real Estate Commission requires all new real estate sales associates to complete 45 hours of post-licensing education prior to first renewal.

Current Licensees
The Florida Real Estate Commission requires all real estate sales associates to complete 14 hours of continuing education every two years in order to renew their license. Three hours must be completed as a Core Law class, while the remaining 11 hours may be made up of specialty elective credits.
