Getting Started with RPR
Friday, August 2, 2013
Realtors Property Resource® (RPR) is an initiative of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
In response to numerous requests from ORRA members, the ORRA Board of Directors voted this year to execute RPR’s Data Content License Agreement, which now allows RPR to offer all of ORRA's REALTOR® members the full features and functionality of RPR.
"At this time, I'm pleased to announce the application
is now integrated with our MLS data and is functional," commented ORRA Chairman Steve Merchant, broker-owner of Global Realty International .
To help get you started, Chairman Merchant has provided this step-by-step login process for RPR.
- Go to the RPR website at www.narrpr.com.
- If you already have an account and have previously logged into RPR, enter your e-mail and password and click "Sign in.”
If you have not previously accessed RPR, click on the "Create a new account" button found on the left-hand side of the screen. You will need your NRDS # to create an account.
If you experience any difficulty logging in, please call the help line at 877.977.7576.
Once you have successfully logged in, click on "Profile” in the upper right-hand corner.
Scroll down to "MLS - CIE” and choose "FL.”
Then, select "MFR - Orlando Regional REALTOR Association.” (Any other choice will result in MLS data being unavailable.)
Click "Save” at the bottom of the page. (You may setup your profile later.)
Now click the "Home" tab at the top of the page.
On the home page, enter an address of a known "Active Listing." It should display as "For Sale."
