Supra ActiveKEY shut off? Here’s what to do

Supra ActiveKEYs that are attached to unpaid lease renewal fees have now been shut off (or may be shut off at any time). Annual service fees for Supra ActiveKEY lease renewals ($220.86.) and optional insurance were due on April 17 and are now considered past due.
If your ActiveKEY has been shut off, remit your payment directly to Supra by any one of these methods, and Supra will reactivate your key in 24 hours:
- Online – The easiest way to make your payment is online via the Supra website.
- Phone – Call Supra at 877.699.6787 and press option "2.”
- Mail – Send your payment directly to Supra as indicated on your Supra invoice.
(Follow the same instructions above if your Active KEY has not yet been shut off.)
Alternatively, you may come to the ORRA office in person and pay by credit card, debit card, or personal check. ORRA will contact Supra to arrange for reactivation of your ActiveKEY.
If you wish to discontinue your Supra services, please return Supra equipment to the ORRA office in person and sign a lease termination form.
ORRA’s hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
