Dynamic speakers headline 2012 ORIC International Congress

The Orlando Regional International Council has drafted a deep lineup of speakers to provide a full range of worldwide real estate education at its upcoming event, the 2012 ORIC International Congress & Trade Show.

Congress speakers are experts on topics that span the international business realm, from intercultural communications to global economics. Scheduled to appear are:
Frank McKinney, author of "A Maverick Approach to Real Estate,” who will present creative and nontraditional approaches to international real estate;
Terri Morrison, author of "Kiss, Bow, or Shake Hands: The Bestselling Guide to Doing Business in More than 60 Countries,” who will provide a comparison for ensuring smooth business relations between partners from different cultures;
Eric Papp, author of "Leadership by Choice,” who will speak about increasing influence and effectiveness in the management of an international real estate business;
Stephen Parnell, author of "EB-5 Visas — The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly,” who will discuss the issues and the opportunities for obtaining a green card for foreign national investors; and
John Tucillo, chief economist for Florida REALTORS®, who will explain how international real estate practitioners can utilize global economics to their advantage.
Additional highlights of the congress include a trade show with more than 70 exhibitors and tons of giveaways and door prizes. There’s even a pre-conference opportunity to attend the "At Home With Diversity Certification” class, which fulfills a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation elective requirement and is worth seven continuing education credits.
