2. On the next screen, please enter your e-mail address again and click "Continue." 
3. On the next screen, please click "Submit" to confirm your e-mail address.
4. An e-mail will then be sent to you with instructions for the final steps in the process.
5. When you have successfully resubscribed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
