The GRI program is designed to enhance your knowledge of real estate marketing and teach you skills that will set you apart from the competition.
Standards of Practice is just one of the three GRI courses and provides a "nuts-and-bolts” approach to transaction making, ethics in the marketplace, legal aspects of contracts, financing alternatives, fair housing, and business planning.
Completion of all three GRI courses will earn you one of the industry’s most respected professional designations.
During this 6-day course you will:
- Learn about the many aspects of real estate transactions.
- Receive the latest finance information on government and other loan programs.
- Learn how to financially qualify buyers, closing techniques, and review the Florida REALTORS®/ Florida Bar contract.
- Learn how to set up an effective business plan to ensure your success.
- Understand how to use your expertise and experience in assisting clients in order to generate additional income.

REGISTRATION POLICY
Completion of GRI-1 (6-day course) provides 14 hours (11 hrs "specialty” CE credits plus 3hours Core Law) or 45-hour Sales Associate Post-licensing credits. Completion of GRI-2 or GRI-3 (each a 5-day course) provides either 11 hours "specialty” CE credits or 30-hour Broker Post-licensing (BPL) credits. To receive course credit, continuous attendance is mandatory for all GRI courses. GRI courses may be taken in any order and all three courses must be completed within 5 years to receive the GRI designation.
25% fee if not canceled within 10-days of the course date or for no shows.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
In order to receive "CE" credits for any continuing education class(es), attendees must: - Be physically present for the entire program from beginning to end;
- Sign any/all morning or afternoon attendance sheets; and
- Refrain from using cell phones and laptops, except during designated break times.
Registration fees shown are for ORRA members who pre-register. Registration for non-ORRA members (members of other associations) is an additional fee of $15 (unless otherwise noted). On-site registrations will incur a fee of $15 in addition to the applicable registration fee.
