This five-day program will cover topics that include:
Property Management Many REALTORS® become property managers by default. Have you ever had a corporate relocation where the sellers have moved on and you need to find a lawn service, a pool service and maybe even a tenant? Hear firsthand how you can generate income from property management.
Concurrency What does it mean and how does it affect the transfer of property? You will learn which governmental agencies are involved and where to go for answers.
Brokerage Management Ever thought about opening your own office? A birds-eye view of what you can expect, including profits and potential problems.
Condos The Over 55 rule plus Florida Statute compliance requirements, and what can happen if you don't comply. If you sell attached housing of any kind, this is a must for you.
Construction Learn construction terminology, the many facets of the construction process, and features to look for that improve the energy efficiency and marketability of a property.
Appraising There are several ways to appraise property - learn which method is most appropriate for a specific property, how it differs from a market analysis, and what it means for buyers and sellers.
