Impress your customers, get more listings, and increase showings
Create & market professional looking photos
REALTORS® are not expected to be professional photographers, but you'll impress a prospective seller and possibly gain commission sooner if you provide professional photos as part of the property's marketing plan. Come learn why professional looking photos are important to selling property and a do-it-yourself way to capture them yourself the right way!
Making the World a Better Place...One Room at a Time
The class will offer an overview of numerous aspects of staging and how it can benefit almost every seller and REALTOR®. Staging goals, statistics, costs and benefits, as well as its limitations and seller objections are provided. An array of unbranded staging handouts and Seller DIYs are provided for your listing presentations to give you an edge over other REALTORS® and offer more value to sellers who are considering listing with you.
