Learn about the full FHA 203k and Fannie Mae Homestyle Renovation programs that will help you increase your business immediately by closing properties "AS-IS" with only 3.5%-5% down of the total loan amount (sales price and improvements).

Gain an in-depth understanding of:
  • Fannie Mae HomeStyle Renovation can be used for 2nd homes, investment properties, and Fannie Mae approved condos with only 5% down on primary residence, 10% down on second homes, and 20%-25% down for investment properties

Mr. Wood, licensed instructor, is one of the top originators of FHA 203k renovation loans in the country for more than 23 years. He is a HUD certified 203k instructor and approved with the State of Florida to teach FHA 203k continuing education. Since 1992, he has personally originated and closed over 1,200 FHA 203k loans, 3,600 purchase transactions, and managed over 5,000 FHA 203k renovation loans. He teaches real estate professionals how to increase sales and listings using this program!
