RSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification, and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort,
recreational and/or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.

Dick Fryer, ABR, DREI
Active as a licensed real estate instructor, broker and owner of IFREC Real Estate Schools for over three decades, Mr. Fryer has personally taught hundreds of thousands of students. As a widely recognized speaker in topics impacting today's real estate industry, he also appears as an expert witness in litigation regarding the practice of real estate. In 2013, Mr. Fryer was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Florida Real Estate Commission and currently serves as its Vice Chairman.
