This class will cover short sale techniques, tips and tricks including the current market trends that will assist you in the everyday short sale process. Don't miss the last hour of class as a panel including the instructor, an attorney, a CPA, and a MFRMLS staff member will answer your short sale questions.

In this class, the instructor and panelists will answer questions such as:

  • How do I put together the submission package?
  • Why is the process including faxing and calling so slow?
  • What about Phantom 1099 income, deficiency judgements, personal notes, etc.?
  • How do I handle a second or even a 3rd mortgage, UCC liens, and multiple offers?
  • Where do I price my listings and when do I reduce prices?
  • How do I know if my buyer is really qualified?

is a licensed real estate instructor and member of the Florida REALTORS® faculty. She's been immersing herself in real estate since 1995 when she first became involved in the mortgage industry.
