The role of technology and customer service are very similar, yet the two often don't go together in the real estate world. You'll learn how to use very cost efficient (sometimes free) technology tools, devices, software, apps and more in order to take your customer service to the next level. You'll also be able to increase your closings and understand the role of cloud computing as it relates to customer service.
