This course will help you use the numbers in the industry data and analysis housing market reports in your business. Join us as we discuss trends in the data and the ways to portray it.
After this course, you will be able to:

customers in understanding the housing market
- Define statistical metrics and know their caveats
- Differentiate between reliable and unreliable
housing data to refute common misconceptions
- Compare various methods of talking to customers
- Explain how two different statistics are linked
- Calculate your market's absorption rate
- Know what makes up a buyer's or seller's market
- Practice sharing statistics with buyers and sellers
- Analyze market composition and how it changes
- Differentiate general trends from submarket trends
Instructor
Stephanie White, ABR, CRB, CRS, has been licensed in real estate since1996 and was in the top 4% in sales in Tallahassee. She was the owner/broker of Stephanie S. White Realty from 2001 to 2004. Stephanie currently serves as the CEO for the Bay County Association of REALTORS® and has served as the local chapter president and district vice president of the Woman's Council of REALTORS®.
