While not a self-defense course, this course has been developed to focus on safety issues in the real estate industry and designed to further develop a REALTOR'S® security awareness by diminishing the risk of personal attack. Two safety experts will be sharing their real-life experiences to help you stay safe in your day-to-day business.
After this course, you will understand:

- What's considered a "weak link"
- How you can reduce your risk of an attack
- The safest way to meet clients
- Open house safety
- Counter strategies
Detective Mary Norwood has been employed as a Deputy Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff's Office for more than 20 years. She served as a crime prevention officer for north Orange County by establishing neighborhood watch programs, performing security surveys for residential and commercial sites, and providing personal safety tips to many citizens.
John Bieber, Instructor, Bieber Enterprises, LLP, obtained his 21 years of security/protection experience as a security professional in the federal government. His extensive experience includes police work, polygraph, VIP protection, and developing and presenting course work in accordance with the federal government university standards.
