Paul Mashburn is a native of Orlando, attended the University of Florida, and holds active licenses as both a state certified general contractor and a real estate broker. His entire career has been in the construction industry, including managment and supervisory positions on heavy commercial, public sector, and military defense projects. Active at all levels of the housing industry, Paul served as president of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) in 1984 and was president of the HBA of Metro Orlando twice. His outstanding contributions to all segments of the housing industry were recognized by his peers in 1993 with his induction into the Florida Housing Hall of Fame.
