Attendees will learn the pros and cons of a conventional loan and how to explain this to their customers. In addition, you'll understand how consumers are affected by predatory lending and how you can help them avoid it.

Instructor

Grant SimonGrant Simon, GRI, has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. A nationally known speaker and writer, Grant has been awarded ORRA's "Educator of the Year" award on three occasions. He is also a convention speaker for the Louisiana Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, the Mortgage Banker's Association, HUD, and NTLA. Grant is a GRI instructor and also an instructor for the Florida Military Specialist Certification course that features VA financing.
