Patti Ketcham, CRS, GRI, ITI, PMN, SRES, AHWD, was first licensed in 1979. After a successful career in residential sales, she pursued the opportunity to move into the mortgage banking industry. During her more than 15 years in finance, she was chosen as the first female president of the Tallahassee Mortgage Bankers Association, served as regional governor for the Florida Mortgage Bankers Association, and was appointed to the governor's commission on affordable housing. She earned her direct endorsement underwriter designation from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and served as the Executive Director of the Tallahassee Lenders Consortium.
