Sandy Gaver, single family programs manager at the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, is responsible for managing the First Time Homebuyer Program as well as conducting lender and REALTOR® training throughout the state. Prior to joining Florida Housing's affordable housing team, Sandy worked as an originator, specializing in affordable housing products.
Charles "Chip" White, single family programs administrator at the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, is responsible for promoting and administering the state's First Time Homebuyer Program. As a successful REALTOR® in Tallahassee, Mr. White has worked in the Florida real estate, lending and financial services industry for more than 30 years.
