Developing Today's Leaders for Tomorrow's Successes

Recognizing the importance of leadership to the strength of our organization and the community, ORRA has developed the ORRA Leadership Institute. This special program identifies talented individuals, such as yourself, who will be groomed as future leaders of your organization and the community.

This program is designed to sharpen your communication and organizational skills, as well as provide you with the tools of leadership that we all need in business, in volunteer organizations, and in our personal lives.

The four-day program will be held at ORRA on May 1–2 and June 5–6. Candidates must attend all classes to graduate.

By participating in the Leadership Institute, you can expand your network, grow your business, and contribute to the success of your profession and the community.
