Chief Planner Development Review Section
Orange County Planning Division
Olan Hill is the Chief Planner of the Orange County Planning Division's Development Review Section. He has over 21 years of planning experience in both the private and public sectors. Olan serves as the Planning Division representative on the County's Development Review Committee and manages the day-to-day operations of the Development Review Section. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies, with a concentration in urban and regional planning, from the University of Tampa in 1993. Olan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and is an accredited LEED Green Associate.
Lake Nona Property Holdings
As Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for Lake Nona Property Holdings, LLC Rob Adams oversees the marketing and communications efforts for the 7,000‐acre, fully entitled, mixed‐use Lake Nona development, which includes more than 9,000 residential units and millions of square feet of commercial space. Lake Nona is most notably home to an emerging health and life science cluster, which will bring thousands of jobs and billions of dollars in economic impact to the region. Rob brings nearly 20 years of real estate development experience to the Lake Nona team. During his career, he has worked in nearly every product and price category in residential markets. His efforts have been recognized on many occasions, including being named 2004 National Marketing Director of the Year by the National Association of Homebuilders.
