REALTORS® continually focus on all three pillars of business in order to achieve success in the market place. This course is designed to assist you with one of the three pillars of business, investor purchases.

Gain an understanding of the following:

  • Rules and regulations of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
  • Hybrid ARMs and fixed rate examples
  • Investor appraisals – income and rent analysis forms
  • Home price appreciation/depreciation reflected by the Federal Housing Finance Agency
  • Lead generation and prospecting to insure the ability to gain transactions


Robert GressGrant Simon, GRI, CDPE, senior mortgage advisor, at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, shares his 30 years of real estate and mortgage banking experience with students all across the country. He currently practices mortgage banking as his profession. Grant likes to be defined as an educator who brings humor and real life experiences to the classroom to benefit students immediately.
