Grant SimonAndy Wood, licensed instructor, is one of the top originators of FHA 203k renovation loans in the country for more than 20 years. He is a HUD certified 203k instructor and approved with the State of Florida to teach FHA 203k continuing education. Since 1992, he has personally originated and closed over 1,200 FHA 203k loans, 3,600 purchase transactions, and managed over 5,000 FHA 203k renovation loans. He teaches real estate professionals how to increase sales and listings using this program!
