During this course, Mr. Schlitt will examine the Florida REALTORS® Commercial Contract CC-4 and the Florida REALTORS® Optional Clauses OC-5 available in Form Simplicity. You will learn how to properly complete every blank of the contract and optional clauses. Topics covered will include:

Mr. Schlitt practices primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing, commercial real estate lending transactions, loan workout transactions and mortgage foreclosure litigation. Mr. Schlitt graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Accounting in 1987 and the University of Florida with a J.D. in 1990. Mr. Schlitt was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida, 1990).

In order to receive "CE" credits for any continuing education class(es), attendees must:
- Be physically present for the entire program from beginning to end;
- Sign any/all morning or afternoon attendance sheets; and
- Refrain from using cell phones and laptops, except during designated break times.
Registration fees shown are for ORRA members who pre-register. Registration for non-ORRA members (members of other associations) is an additional fee of $15 (unless otherwise noted). On-site registrations will incur a fee of $15 in addition to the applicable registration fee.
