Complete your mandatory 3rd Cycle Quadrennial Code of Ethics Standards of Practice Training and receive 3 CE credits!

Mandatory ethics training requirements for new and continuing REALTOR® members was established to heighten member awareness of the key tenets of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics; to create an awareness of and appreciation for the role the code can and should play in REALTOR® professional lives; to enhance professionalism and competency; and to encourage REALTORS® to view their code of ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public.

Per NAR, REALTORS® are required to complete quadrennial ethics training every four years that consists of not less than two hours and forty-five minutes of instructional time. The 3rd cycle quadrennial code of ethics training must be completed before December 31, 2012.

 *Non-ORRA Members must send proof of 3rd Cycle Code of Ethics attendance to Primary Board for NAR transmittal.*


Zsolt "Zola” Szerencses

Zola is a graduate of Florida REALTORS® Instructor Training Institute and a Florida and NAR Faculty member. He is the Director of the International Division for RE/MAX 200 Realty and serves on the Board of Directors at the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. He was ORRA’s 2011 REALTOR® of the year. Zola is currently the 2012 Vice Chair for NAR’s CIPS advisory subcommittee.

In order to receive "CE" credits for any continuing education class(es), attendees must:
  • Be physically present for the entire program from beginning to end;
  • Sign any/all morning or afternoon attendance sheets; and
  • Refrain from using cell phones and laptops, except during designated break times.

Registration fees shown are for ORRA members who pre-register. Registration for non-ORRA members (members of other associations) is an additional fee of $15 (unless otherwise noted). On-site registrations will incur a fee of $15 in addition to the applicable registration fee if applicable.
