Complete your mandatory 3rd Cycle Quadrennial Code of Ethics Standards of Practice Training
and receive 3 CE credits!

Mandatory ethics training requirements for new and continuing REALTOR® members was established to heighten member awareness of the key tenets of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics; to create an awareness of and appreciation for the role the code can and should play in REALTOR® professional lives; to enhance professionalism and competency; and to encourage REALTORS® to view their code of ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public.

Per NAR, REALTORS® are required to complete quadrennial ethics training every four years that consists of not less than two hours and forty-five minutes of instructional time. The 3rd cycle quadrennial code of ethics training must be completed before December 31, 2012.

Licensed Instructor

Matt obtained his real estate license in 1987 and is currently a Broker Associate with Stirling Sotheby's Int'l Realty. He served as an Investigator with the Florida Real Estate
Commission (FREC) for 7 ½ years. Matt received the "Rising Star” award in 2000 and the "REALTOR® of the Year” in 2002 by the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. Matt is a graduate of East Carolina University.

 ATTENDANCE POLICY

In order to receive "CE” credits for any continuing education class(es), attendees must:
  • Be physically present for the entire program from beginning to end;
  • Sign any/all morning or afternoon attendance sheets; and
  • Refrain from using cell phones and laptops, except during designated break times.

Registration fees shown are for ORRA members who pre-register. Registration for non-ORRA members (members of other associations) is an additional fee of $15 (unless otherwise noted). On-site registrations will incur a fee of $15 in addition to the applicable registration fee if applicable.
