Balancing Your Bank Statement Is Not Enough!!

Residential property management can be a highly lucrative business. However, it is full of potential pitfalls if you are not cautious. In this class, you will learn to manage trust liability correctly and quickly.

The instructor will help you:
  • Understand what trust liability means
  • Fully account for all funds entrusted to you
  • Follow real estate license rules and state statutes (State of Florida will be used for illustration)
  • Follow the processes to ensure that you are in proper balance
  • Maintain the records and forms that are required by agencies

ATTENDANCE POLICY

In order to receive "CE" credits for any continuing education class(es), attendees must:
  • Be physically present for the entire program from beginning to end;
  • Sign any/all morning or afternoon attendance sheets; and
  • Refrain from using cell phones and laptops, except during designated break times.

Registration fees shown are for ORRA members who pre-register. Registration for non-ORRA members (members of other associations) is an additional fee of $15 (unless otherwise noted). On-site registrations will incur a fee of $15 in addition to the applicable registration fee.
