They are a subsidiary of Credit Suisse, one of the world's largest financial institutions, which has over 1 trillion dollars in assets under management. Their insurance products are underwritten by Freedom Life Insurance Company of America (FLICA) and National Foundation Life Insurance Company (NFL), and their major medical policies are re-insured with Transatlantic, rated A by AM Best, which has over 11 billion in assets and 3.5 billion in statutory capital and surplus.
US Health Group headquarters is located in Fort Worth, Texas; however, their insurance companies conduct business across the nation. Having served over 15 million customers, they have paid over 1 billion dollars in claims.

In order to receive "CE" credits for any continuing education class(es), attendees must:
- Be physically present for the entire program from beginning to end;
- Sign any/all morning or afternoon attendance sheets; and
- Refrain from using cell phones and laptops, except during designated break times.
Registration fees shown are for ORRA members who pre-register. Registration for non-ORRA members (members of other associations) is an additional fee of $15 (unless otherwise noted). On-site registrations will incur a fee of $15 in addition to the applicable registration fee.
