The GRI program is designed to enhance your knowledge of real estate marketing and teach you skills that will set you apart from the competition.

Standards of Practice is just one of the three GRI courses and provides a "nuts-and-bolts” approach to transaction making, ethics in the marketplace, legal aspects of contracts, financing alternatives, fair housing, and business planning.

Completion of all three GRI courses will earn you one of the industry’s most respected professional designations.

During this 6-day course you will:

  • Learn about the many aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Receive the latest finance information on government and other loan programs.
  • Learn how to financially qualify buyers, closing techniques, and review the Florida REALTORS®/ Florida Bar contract.
  • Learn how to set up an effective business plan to ensure your success.
  • Understand how to use your expertise and experience in assisting clients in order to generate additional income.
