Complete your mandatory 3rd Cycle Quadrennial Code of Ethics Standards of Practice Training for FREE and receive 3 CE credits!

Mandatory ethics training requirements for new and continuing REALTOR® members was established to heighten member awareness of the key tenets of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics; to create an awareness of and appreciation for the role the code can and should play in REALTOR® professional lives; to enhance professionalism and competency; and to encourage REALTORS® to view their code of ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public.

Per NAR, REALTORS® are required to complete quadrennial ethics training every four years that consists of not less than two hours and forty-five minutes of instructional time. The 3rd cycle quadrennial code of ethics training must be completed before December 31, 2012.

As a service to its members who wish to complete their 3rd cycle code of ethics requirement early rather than wait until the last minute rush and pay a fee, ORRA will be offering quadrennial code of ethics training twice per month in 2011 at no charge!

The Quad COE class is held in conjunction with New Member Orientation COE. Therefore, you must be registered and also check-in on the day of the class.

Be an Early Bird for FREE in 2011!
