Ethics Complaints

Members of the public (or other REALTORS®) who feel they have been treated unfairly by a REALTOR® can use the professional standards process to seek satisfaction.

» File an ethics complaint

Arbitration

Arbitration is a process by which only principal REALTOR® (only with contractual matters arising out of their relationship) may come to the association and request a hearing before the Professional Standards Committee. Abitration is mandatory prior to seeking litigation.

Mediation

Mediation is when the principals meet with a Mediation Officer of the association and attempt to negotiate a settlement of the dispute. Mediation is voluntary and the decision is binding only by mutual agreement of all parties.
