Listingbook, an online client servicing application (and a property search engine for consumers), is now available to ORRA members.

The application is owned — and supported — by Listingbook™ LLC. ORRA's agreement with Listingbook™ LLC specifies that Listingbook™ LLC will provide ORRA members with free access to the basic level of Listingbook and with unlimited free technical support.

Listingbook allows agents to register their buyers and sellers to give them access to a web-based application with client-based functions such as listing searches and CMA reports. Agents who select upgraded versions of Listingbook can take advantage of behind-the-scenes functions such as marketing tools and client-activity tracking.

Initial Account Setup Tips

At the "Log In To Your Listingbook Account” screen:

• Select "Orlando Regional” (not "My Florida Regional MLS”) from the "Choose Your MLS” drop-down box.
• Click on the option "I am new to Listingbook.”
