Florida Real Estate Commission General Meetings
Disciplinary Case Sessions for CE Credit Hours
Real estate sales associates and brokers may earn three (3) continuing education specialty credit hours per renewal cycle for attending one of the Disciplinary Case Sessions of the Florida Real Estate Commission General Meetings held monthly in Orlando. If you wish to attend a session, seven (7) days advance notice of the intent to attend must be given to the Education Section of the Division of Real Estate so attendance may be monitored. Please call 407.481.5662 or e-mail JoEllen.Peacock@dbpr.state.fl.us to register for one of the free sessions. Once you have registered for a session via phone you will receive a confirmation email from the Florida Real Estate Commission. Florida Statute 475.182 specifies that attendance must be for the entire day of disciplinary cases to receive the continuing education specialty credit hours.
Refer to the 2012-2013 schedule below which is subject to change as circumstances require. All meetings are held at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation - Division of Real Estate Commission Chambers in Orlando unless stated otherwise.

Note: If you are a Risk Management Certification candidate, you may earn three (3) RMC credits by attending one of the Disciplinary Case Sessions listed above to fulfill the "Legal Matters" discipline required for your ORRA Risk Management Certification. Proof of attendance will be required by ORRA's Professional Development Department to receive RMC credit.
