Steve Merchant is broker/owner and president of Global Realty International, Inc. As a REALTOR® with more than 12 years experience, Steve’s enthusiasm and dedication have enabled him to achieve an outstanding real estate career.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Steve served in the U.S. Marine Corps for more than two decades, retiring after 22 years of dedicated service. He devotes this same loyalty to his real estate career and clients that he did to his country.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Business from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Steve has achieved numerous milestones in real estate career. He was the recipient of Florida REALTORS®’ "2002 REALTOR® Institute Scholastic Achievement” award. Steve is a state-certified real estate instructor and a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. A member of the ORRA Board of Directors, Steve currently serves as the 2013 ORRA Chairman of the Board.
